Due to circumstances beyond my control I am master of my fate and captain of my soul - Ashleight Brilliant

Find out what is really important in your life. It is the first step towards the acquisition.

Important things to do:

Choose a focus for your introspection.

Are good goals, career, money, family, spirituality and love.

Set  Aside some time for yourself

Get up earlier or later than your family, or find a quiet room where you can sit and think. Some people think better doing some other simple task (eg laundry) or while walking. Find out what works for you.

Take stock. What is your life all about? What is your purpose in it? What are you good? What could you improve?

Be objective. Self-reflection and assessment can be a very emotional thing, but trying to be solved.

Be specific. What you have achieved. Why did you do that? What do you want to achieve? What bothers you? Why does it bother you? What do you know about yourself here?

Keep things in perspective. So you have not even won your Nobel Peace Prize. Neither have most of the rest of us. You're only human and no one, including yourself, should expect perfection from you.

Write things down. Putting something into words helps to be exact. You can in whatever way you feel comfortable to express themselves write, be it lists, notes, cartoons, drawings or maps. If you are not a write operation, consider talking into a tape recorder or record your thoughts in a different way.

Consider the good and the bad, both. One way to do business is chart with a "SWOT". Take four pages or areas of a page and write them in the following.

* Strengths. What are the best? What do you love to do and you just for the passion of it? What do others compliment you on or you say you are good? Once you have listed these devices, consider how it even better, or use them to your advantage.

* Weaknesses. What do you dislike? What does not work too well for you? Focusing on the negative things can be put in perspective. Once you have listed your weaknesses, you can choose if you try to improve on these areas or leave thern go. If it is important that you do not a good swimmer, plans to improve. If not, at least you know your limits and stay in the shallow end of the pool.

* Options. This can go hand in hard with you strengths. On the personal level, is an opportunity to not only the potential to earn money. Instead, consider where you could make a defference, to satisfy their own needs (create, for example) or simply to improve yourself. Opportunities could be on how your strengths and how to use based to improve on your weaknesses.

* Threats. What could undermine these opportunities derail your hopes or distract your success, whatever you define those? The purpose of this list is twofold. First, they identify will allow you to see more clearly. The most famous is less threatening than the unknown. Second, it allows you to address these risks. Some risks are beyond our control, but many can be reduced or at least planned.

Do you have an audience, if you are comfortable doing.

Find someone to talk to. You feel really stupid things to say that are not true loud. If you are not comfortable talking to a person, select a pet or stuffed animal instead.

Ask friends that you trust, as they see you.

See yourself honestly, is not always easy, and an honest assessment from someone outside can help you to know whether your personal assessment of yourself is reasonable.

Write A list of all the things you would do in the next five years, ten years, or before you die No filter things more, just write as fast as you can think of things. If you want to write the list to a specific aspect or issue in your life.

Ask yourself questions and answer them in lists, essays, or however you see fit. Here are some examples:

* What's in my life is important and what is just drag me down?

* What would I change about my life?

* Which individuals contribute to my happiness and what not?

Commit to make a change.

Tell yourself it's my life and if I am to stay healthy and happy, I alone must decide what stays and what goes. Do not beat around the bush.

Tell the truth even when the truth is bad. Remember that saying what is true will help you to fix this. Although it is sometimes hard to analyze yourself, admit to yourself that you are jealous of someone who is better than trying to deny it. The truth can make them unhappy at first, but later will set you free. Take action.

Put your plan in motion, confident that you will move to what you really want. Actions speak louder than words, act like what you are honest about yourself to discover a big part of being.

Here are the tips for you :

• does not brutally honest. Everyone has weaknesses and difficulties. The best athletes or singers in the world could be a terrible writer. See an honest identification and assessment of problems as a springboard to solve it, not as a reason to insult.

• If you have enough objectivity and insight into yourself and are honest with yourself, you might have to admit that your life is ordinary and is just about life and getting by. There is nothing wrong with that, because this is simply a part of the human condition.

• If you do not know where to start, try talking a personality test (see external links). You can not discover for yourself, but they can give an insight into your character, to get you started.

• Remember, there is no harmine writing something down. You can choose not to share it, to destroy, to edit or simply keep it a secret.

They are responsible for their fate so easy to do only those things that you have to help you achieve your goal.
